Coffee trees

Coffee has been known as a drink in Europe since the 17th century, and has become absolutely indispensable ever since. There are 124 species worldwide, but in Europe, Arabica (Coffea arabica) and Robusta (Coffea canephora) varieties are mainly used – that’s not much, considering at least nine coffee species are grown and consumed around the world.
